{"id":2217,"date":"2017-01-30T21:06:29","date_gmt":"2017-01-30T21:06:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iuliapasarin.ro\/?p=2217"},"modified":"2022-04-30T12:55:17","modified_gmt":"2022-04-30T12:55:17","slug":"agorafobia-si-atacul-de-panica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iuliapasarin.ro\/?p=2217","title":{"rendered":"AGORAFOBIA SI ATACUL DE PANICA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Agorafobia<\/strong> reprezinta o stare de teama resimtita de o persoana in locurile sau in situatiile din care respectivei persoane i se pare greu sa evadeze sau i pare ca ar fi dificil sa se ajunga la ea in cazul in care i se face rau. In multe cazuri apare ca urmare a unui atac de panica, dar nu este obligatoriu ca cele doua \u2013 atacul de panica si agorafobia \u2013 sa coexiste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Atacul de panica poate aparea si in timpul somnului, in stare de relaxare, siutatie datorata scaderii semnificative a pulsului in timpul somnului,\u00a0 fapt care determina o reactie de compensare prin crestarea pulsului (reactie normala a creierului) ceea ce duce la trezirea\u00a0 brusca din somn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Simptomele specifice atacului de panica <\/strong>sunt:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Palpitatii<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Transpiratie<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tremor (un tremor interior si \/ sau al extremitatilor)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Probleme de respiratie<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dureri in piept<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Presiune toracica<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Senzatia de voma, greata<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ameteli<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Senzatia de lesin<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Derealizare (sentiment de irealitate)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Depersonalizare (detasare de sine)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Furnicaturi<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Frisoane<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Valuri de caldura, bufeuri<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teama de a nu pierde conrolul<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teama de a nu innebuni<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teama de moarte<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teama de viitoare atacuri de panica, de faptul ca atacul de panica se poate repeta.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Atacul de panica<\/strong> se manifesta prin aparitia brusca a unei frici intense sau a unui disconfort intens \u2013 cu minim 4 simptome dintre cele enumerate mai sus &#8211;\u00a0 care ating un punct maxim in decurs de cateva minute.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Agorafobia are urmatoarele manifestari<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teama de a ramane singur<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teama de locuri aglomerate<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teama de spatii deschise<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tama de locuri publice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teama de a calatorii cu autobuzul,masina, tramvaiul<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Teama de a avea un atac de panica<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Inabilitatea de a pleca de acasa fara persoana de siguranta<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Evitarea situatiilor enumerate mai sus care provoaca frica, disconfortul<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Atunci cand emotiile ne traiesc pe noi, cand ne retragem din viata sociala, cand hranim fricile in fiecare zi, putem spune ca viata ne traieste pe noi si ne multumim cu firmiturile oferite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Atacul de panica, agorafobia nu ne sunt inamici, ci semnale de alarma trase de corpul nostru ca ceva nu este in regula, ca se simte obosit, agresat sau are nevoie de atentie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sa intelegem si sa vindecam mintea, sufletul si corpul, sa reinvatam sa traim in armonie cu noi si ceilalti, sa invatam sa ne iubim, sa ne acordam atentie, timp si spatiu!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fii bun cu tine!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ganduri de bine!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/iuliapasarin.ro\/?page_id=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Iulia Pasarin <\/a>\u2013 psiholog clinician si psihoterapeut integrativ<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Programarile se fac la numarul de telefon 0728.967.011<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pagina <a href=\"http:\/\/iuliapasarin.ro\/?page_id=1301\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CONTACT SI SERVICII<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Resurse: DSM 5<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Agorafobia reprezinta o stare de teama resimtita de o persoana in locurile sau in situatiile din care respectivei persoane i se pare greu sa evadeze sau i pare ca ar fi dificil sa se ajunga la ea in cazul in care i se face rau.
